Brian joined Historic Properties in 2004 after
practical application assured him that commercial
and investment interests could go hand in hand
with preservation and long-term community
interests.

that carries from the early House of Burgesses and
surveys of early Winchester, Brian has renovated
his own house here in the Historic District of

investments follow his goal: to preserve the
unique historic, natural and cultural resources of
this area and beyond through prudent financial
